1) Defective parts will be replaced free of charge, if
they are returned to McGard prepaid
and adequately packaged.
· The defective parts have to be in house at McGard before
the replacement will be delivered.
· Send only the defective part, not the complete set.
· Send the parts to this address: McGard Deutschland GmbH,
Nordstraße 12, D - 74226 Nordheim, Germany
2) Additional keys can be purchased only from McGard.
· Please enclose a code card or registration card to your
orders. If you already sent us a registration
card, please mention
this when ordering, in order to avoid delays.
· Send us your name, address, code number as well as a check
in Euro covering the amount mentioned
on the code card. If you prefer
ordering via credit card, please give us details of your credit
card
company, your credit card number and its expiry date.
